Roadmap for leading self and others through change

In a Nutshell:
Like many companies a global company in the pharmaceutical industry was looking for ways to help their leaders lead themselves and others through change. With an online keynote speech and panel discussion over 300 leaders globally were introduced to the 3 step roadmap and some of the tools.
Objective:
With so much change going on and a high risk of change fatigue the company was looking for a way to inspire it's people leaders to proactively engage with change and leader others through change.
Solution:
With a 20 minute keynote speech followed by a panel discussion including senior managers we used the EmployAgility framework to provide a simple roadmap for the leaders to use themselves - and with their teams - to reflect, discuss and take action to adapt to the changes and proactively shape the future. The company followed up internally with interactive workshops in which the participants could discuss what they experienced with their peers.
Results:
The keynote and panel discusssion were very well received and did the trick by inspiring people to look differently at their options. Feedback was positive immediately after the session and during the follow up workshops. Individual participants shared with us that they continue to spread the key messages from the presentation internally.
