Integrating EmployAgility into my work as a coach

In a Nutshell:

EmployAgility is one of the many frameworks and tools we use on this journey to structure self-reflection and conversations that lead people to personal breakthroughs.

 

Objective:

I accompany people through an intensive process called Sense+ using Otto Scharman's Theory of U in which people, typically midlife, question where they are in life and who they are becoming. .

 

Solution:

Having attended the EmployAgility session and interview I joined the small community of Trusted EmployAgility Coaches. During my programme I give my clients access codes to the EmployAgility online self-reflection and then incorporate understanding and discussing their results are part of the overall process.

 

Results:

EmployAgility has proven a valuable additional step for many participants during the "reconstructing" phase when it comes to defining actions that move the person in the direction they want to go. It resonates well with many of my clients and for me it's a pleasure working with EmployAgility.
